The estimates for the Drell-Yan pairs, {ital W}{sup {plus_minus}} and {ital Z}{sup 0} acceptances and event rates in the STAR and PHENIX detectors at RHIC are presented. The background to {ital W}{sup {plus_minus}} in STAR evaluated. The results were obtained by Monte-Carlo simulations with the PYTHIA/JETSET and GEANT programs. {copyright} {ital 1995 American Institute of Physics.}
