Assuming the solar and atmospheric neutrino deficits to be due to neutrino oscillations, it is shown that the 3{times}3 mass matrix spanning {nu}{sub {ital e}}, {nu}{sub {mu}}, and {nu}{sub {tau}} may have already revealed a seesaw mass pattern. A 4{times}4 extension is shown to be consistent also with the recent results of the LSND (Liquid Scintillator Neutrino Detector) experiment.
