Precise measurement of D{sup 0} and D{sup +} meson lifetimes

Large samples of D{sup 0} to K{sup {minus}}{pi}{sup +} and K{sup {minus}}{pi}{sup +} and K{sup {minus}}{pi}{sup +}{pi}{sup {minus}}{pi}{sup +}, and D{sup +} to K{sup {minus}}{pi}{sup +}{pi}{sup +} decays have been obtained in Fermilab photoproduction experiment E-687. Precise measurements of the lifetimes of the D{sup 0} and D{sup +} and a comparison to the lifetime of the D{sub s} will be presented.
