This volume of the User`s Guide for the Industrial Source Complex (ISC3) Dispersion Model describes algorithms utilized in the ISC3 models. The ISC3 User`s Guide has been revised as part of a larger effort to incorporate (1) the numerical integration method for the area source algorithm, (2) a revised dry deposition algorithm, (3) the addition of a wet deposition algorithm, and (4) a pit retention algorithm.
