Aqueous Homogeneous Reactor (AHR) receives much attention recently because its advantages in medical isotopes production. Fissile material and moderator is mixed in the fuel solution, leads to big negative feedback and generation of radiolytic gas bubbles; the fluidity of fuel and movement of bubbles bring out big challenge of the neutronics analysis methods. This paper aims to establish a reliable and effective gas bubbles' model, firstly a coupled Neutronics-CFD method is introduced to recognize gas bubbles' behavior characteristics, then it is simplified into mathematical expression and applied to Transient Calculation Code of Aqueous Homogeneous Reactor (TCCAHR), finally a typical AHR's transient process is simulated and compared with the experiment.
