This panel focuses on engaging on safety at the work face, with the people who are there every day. This panel will discuss management approaches deployed to directly engage internal and subcontracted workers that have delivered measurable improvements in safety performance and culture. The panelists will share what they did that worked and their perspectives on why. About 24 to 30 people were in attendance.
