Quasielastic neutron scattering measurements of [Ni(NH{sub 3}){sub 6}](NO{sub 3}){sub 2} were made with two different resolutions of ca. 140 and 30 {micro} eV. The following suggestions are analyzed: (1) the NH{sub 3} rotational diffusion model is more adequate than NH{sub 3} 120{degree} jump model; (2) Some NH{sub 3} groups slow down whereas some rotate rapidly; (3) there exists an additional QNS component close to the phase 2/phase 3 transition.
