Development of a Clear Fiber Cherenkov Counter

We have developed a new PID detector consists of clear fibers. PID efficiency was measured with 470 MeV e{sup +} beam. As a result, this detector with thickness of 5 cm has the PID efficiency of 95 %. (authors)
