This report, written by Fluor Daniel, was funded by the U.S Trade and Development Agency on behalf of the Petroleum Authority of Thailand. It presents the results of three studies which were conducted to assess the economic viability of three different facilities and to determine how each could help industrialize the Southern Seaboard area of Thailand. The facilities that were considered include a crude oil transportation system, a refinery, and a petrochemical complex.
