Green's function for the time-dependent scattering problem in the fractional quantum mechanics

We study the Green's function of the time-dependent 3D space-fractional Schroedinger equation for the scattering problem in the fractional quantum mechanics. The Green's function is expressed in terms of Fox's H-function and in a computable series form. We get the asymptotic formula of the Green's function, and apply it to obtain the approximate wave function for the fractional quantum scattering problem.
