Quantum nucleonics: Status and prospects

It is pointed out that the use of long-lived nuclear isomers in modern quantum nucleonics is impeded by a large broadening of the gamma line of metastable nuclear states, which exceeds many times their natural radiative width. This broadening can be eliminated if atoms containing nuclei form a Bose - Einstein condensate. (quantum nucleonics)
