The jitter of radiation pulses from diode-pumped passively Q-switched Nd{sup 3+}:Y{sub 3}Al{sub 5}O{sub 12} (Nd:YAG) and Nd{sup 3+}:Ca{sub 3}Ga{sub 2}Ge{sub 3}O{sub 12} (Nd:CGGG) crystal lasers is studied. It is found that the jitter j depends on the laser pulse repetition rate f as j = A/f{sup {gamma}}. It is shown that the minimal pulse repetition rate f{sub L} of the laser is determined by the jitter parameters A and {gamma} and is equal to A{sup 1/({gamma}-1)}. For the Nd:YAG and Nd:CGGG lasers, f{sub L} was 14 Hz and 5 Hz, respectively. (control of laser radiation parameters)
