Experimental data on alpha-particles inelastic diffractive scattering were analyzed. The main goal of this analysis was radii determination of some exited states of {sup 11}B, {sup 13}C and {sup 9}Be nuclei near the thresholds of alpha-particles and neutron emission. The excited states in {sup 11}B, 8.56 MeV, 3/2{sup -} and {sup 13}C, 8.86 MeV and 11.08 MeV, (1/2){sup -}, which are located close to the 2alpha+t and 3alpha+n thresholds correspondingly, have enlarged radii in comparison with those for the ground states. Their values are approximately equal to the value of the {sup 12}C radius in the exited state 7.65 MeV (0{sup +}). The radius of {sup 13}C in the state 3.09 MeV (1/2{sup +}), lying below the threshold {sup 13}C->{sup 12}C+n is comparable with that of nuclei having a neutron halo. The similar radius enhancement was observed for {sup 9}Be in its first exited state 1/2{sup +}.
