We formulate the coordinate-space Hartree-Fock-Bogoliubov (HFB) theory which can describe pair correlated and deformed nuclei near the drip-lines. In order to ensure the correct asymptotic form of weakly bound and continuum quasiparticle states, we adopt a coupled-channel representation based on the partial wave expansion, and then we construct the exact HFB Green's function. Numerical examples calculated for {sup 38}Mg are discussed.
