The Tensor Analysing Power Component T{sub 21} of Exclusive pi{sup -}-meson Photoproduction on Deuteron in the Resonance Region

The experimental data about the tensor analyzing power component T{sub 21} of the pi-meson photo-production on the polarized deuterons are presented here along with the theoretical calculation. The experiment has been performed at the 2 GeV Novosibirsk VEPP-3 electron storage ring using an internal polarized deuterium target by detecting the two protons in coincidence.
