The recent measurement of the {omega}{sub b}{sup -} mass, 6054.4{+-}6.8(stat.){+-}0.9(syst.) MeV/c{sup 2} is in remarkable agreement with the prediction of a simple constituent quark model with baryon-meson supersymmetry, M({omega}{sub b}) = 6052.1{+-}5.6MeV. Results from the Tevatron for the masses of {sigma}{sub b}{sup {+-}}(uub and d db) and {xi}{sub b}{sup -}(dsb) baryons are also within 2 MeV of our theoretical predictions. These combined with other relations between masses and baryons of all flavors provides a strong challenge to QCD which does not simply relate meson and baryon masses.
