One of the most important criteria in determining the best electrolyte is by obtaining good value of conductivity. In this research, Li{sub 2}O-TiO{sub 2}-P{sub 2}O{sub 5} system will be prepared in order to find the optimum composition and heat treatment of the samples that gives good conductivity value. The effects of mechanical milling period on glass-ceramics electrolyte in the system Li{sub 2}O-TiO{sub 2}-P{sub 2}O{sub 5} have been investigated using X-Ray differential analysis and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Mechanical milling (MM) method was used to prepare the system which was converted into glass-ceramics by milled at several periods of time from 2 hours to 8 hours. Some crystalline phases with slight amorphous nature were detected in samples prepared by mechanical milling for 8 hours while single phase of LiTi{sub 2}(PO{sub 4}){sub 3} were obtained from samples that underwent further heat treatment. The sample treated at 250 deg. C for 4 hours obtained highest conductivity with a value of 1.12x10{sup 4} Scm{sup -1}. The activation energy was found to be as low as 0.08 eV.
