The behavior of charged particles trapped by external fields is a problem which is of interest in non ideal plasma physics. Such finite clusters have been observed in ions traps of Paul and Penning types where electrostatic repulsion is balanced by electrical and/or magnetic fields which hold the ions together. Charged {open_quote}dust{close_quote} particles placed in electrode sheath of radio frequency discharge plasma is another example of the Coulomb clusters. We have studied a finite system of the point charged particles with the Coulomb potential of interaction which is confined by the external potential V{rvec r} = 1/2m{omega}{sub 0}{sup 2}(r-r{sub 0}){sup 2}. This finite number of charged particles form two dimensional crystal with ring like structure which constitute new type of ordered structure whose density is far less than for ordinary crystals.
