Title: J/{psi} photo- and electroproduction in a dual model

J/{psi} photo- and electroproduction is studied in the framework of the analytic S-matrix theory. It is argued that at low energies the background, which is the low-energy equivalent of the high-energy diffraction, replaces the Pomeron exchange. Detailed calculations and comparison with the data for on-mass-shell J/{psi} photoproduction were done in [1], based on Dual Model with Mandelstam Analyticity (DAMA)[2]. Here we discuss the generalization of the model to J/{psi} electroproduction in the framework of the off-mass-shell extension of DAMA, the so-called Modified DAMA [3].
