The KLOE detector [1] is presently under construction at DA{phi}NE, the Frascati {phi}-factory, with the aim of studying CP violation in the K{sup 0}K{sup 0} system. At the design luminosity L=10{sup 33} cm{sup -2} s{sup -1} about 5x10{sup 10}{phi}-decays will be detected per year: this will be a unique possibility to study in detail the radiative {phi} decays into scalar mesons {phi}{yields}(f{sub 0},a{sub 0}){gamma}, thus helping in establishing the nature of these mesons which is still under debate.
