KTeV (E832/E799-II) is a fixed target experiment on direct CP violation at Fermilab. The current status of the precision measurement of Re({epsilon}{sup '}/{epsilon}) parameter in E832 experiment is presented. The main objectives of the E799-II experiment, the search of the direct CP violation in the decays of neutral kaons, and some preliminary results are discussed. We present results on the first observation of K{sub L}{yields}{pi}{sup +}{pi}{sup -}e{sup +}e{sup -} and its branching ratio. A new upper limit on the branching ratio of the rare decay K{sub L}{yields}{pi}{sup 0}{nu}{nu}-bar is presented also.
