The results of the Partial Wave Analysis of the reaction {pi}{sup -}p{yields}{eta}{pi}{sup +}{pi}{sup -}{pi}{sup -}p are presented. The analysis included study of f{sub 1}(1285){pi}{sup -}, a{sub 0}(980){rho}(770), a{sub 2}(1320){eta} and also {eta}{sup '}(985){pi}{sup -} channels. The dominant partial waves in f{sub 1}(1285){pi}{sup -} system are J{sup PC}=1{sup ++}, 1{sup -+} exotic wave and 2{sup -+}. The {eta}{sup '}(985){pi}{sup -} system is dominated by exotic J{sup PC}=1{sup -+} wave, peaking near 1.6 GeV. The intensity of 2{sup ++}{eta}{sup '}{pi}{sup -} wave shows clearly the a{sub 2}(1320) signal, and also some bump near 1.75 GeV. Both f{sub 1}(1285){pi}{sup -} and {eta}{sup '}{pi}{sup -} systems show the small signal from a{sub 4}(2030) meson in 4{sup ++} wave. The mass-dependent analysis is in progress.
