We are searching for {nu}{sub {mu}} to {nu}{sub {tau}} oscillation via the observation of the decay of the tau lepton generated in charged current interactions of {nu}{sub {tau}}. The beam exposure started in May 1994 and will finish in Nov. 1997. A partial sample of neutrino interactions reconstructed by the electronic detector have been located in the emulsion target and analyzed to search for tau decays. No candidate has been observed. This result translates in an upper limit on the oscillation parameter sin{sup 2} 2{theta}=4.5x10{sup -3}. Within 2 years, a sensitivity to sin{sup 2} 2{theta}=2x10{sup -4} will be reached.
