The motivation for extending spacetime to incorporate supersymmetry is presented in Part I, together with arguments for why the superpartner masses should be close to the weak scale. In Part II the new flavor mixing matrices of supersymmetry are discussed. They offer the prospect of a variety of new experimental signals of flavor and CP violation, and provide a new window to the underlying physics of flavor. A U(2) theory of flavor and its predictions are presented in Part III.
