Leptoquark searches at the Tevatron

The DOe and CDF experiments have searched for the pair production of scalar leptoquarks for all three generations and for vector leptoquarks with Yang-Mills couplings for the first generation at the Fermilab pp-bar collider at {radical}(s)=1.8 TeV. In each of the channels searched, the number of candidate events is in agreement with background estimations. Comparing 95% CL upper limits on the LQ production cross sections with LO theoretical calculations, lower limits on the masses of leptoquarks are obtained for each generation.
