The Jarlskog Invariant J{sub {nu}}{sub -map} of the neutrino mapping matrix is calculated based on a phenomenological model which relates the smallness of light lepton masses m{sub e} and m{sub 1} (of {nu}{sub 1}) with the smallness of T violation. For small T violating phase {chi}{sub l} in the lepton sector, J{sub {nu}}{sub -map} is proportional to {chi}{sub l}, but m{sub e} and m{sub 1} are proportional to {chi}{sub l}{sup 2}. This leads to J{sub {nu}}{sub -map}{approx_equal}1/6 {radical}((m{sub e})/(m{sub {mu}}) )+O({radical}((m{sub e}m{sub {mu}})/(m{sub {tau}}{sup 2}) ))+O({radical}((m{sub 1}m{sub 2})/(m{sub 3}{sup 2}) )). Assuming {radical}((m{sub 1}m{sub 2})/(m{sub 3}{sup 2}) )<<{radical}((m{sub e})/(m{sub {mu}}) ), we find J{sub {nu}}{sub -map}{approx_equal}1.16x10{sup -2}, consistent with the present experimental data.
