Masses and Mixings of Dirac Neutrinos and the {nu}{sub {mu}}{r_reversible}{nu}{sub {tau}} Symmetry

Assuming that neutrinos are Dirac fields, we introduce a general parameterization for neutrino mass matrix to account for masses and mixings in the almost {nu}{sub {mu}}{r_reversible}{nu}{sub {tau}} symmetric limit. We produce general formulae for sin{theta}{sub 13} and for the deviation of {theta}{sub 23} from maximality. We observe finally that the contribution from the symmetry breaking due to charged lepton sector is very small in the minimally extended model.
