Electron acoustic waves are discussed for two electron population plasma with shear flow perpendicular to the ambient magnetic field. Stationary solution in the form of counter rotating vortices is found for the particular equilibrium potential profile. It is noticed that these nonlinear structures can travel with the electron acoustic velocity. The speed of these structures is decreased while the amplitude is increased for large ion thermal velocity.
