New possibilities for phonon-structure investigations in even-even nonspherical nuclei have been found. The multipole-mixing parameters {delta} for E2 + M1 transitions from {beta}-and {gamma}-rotational bands to ground-state rotational band are used. The new possibilities are based on the relationship of the negative sign of {delta} with negative magnetic momentum of some neutron Nilsson states, invariability of {delta} sign for {gamma} transitions between rotational bands, and enlarged probabilities for M1 transitions only in the presence of certain two-quasiparticle configurations in initial and final states.
