Stability of Salpeter Solutions

By analytical spectral analysis the bound-state solutions of the reduced Salpeter equation with harmonic-oscillator interaction are shown to be free of the instabilities numerically found in the (full) Salpeter equation for confining Bethe-Salpeter interaction kernels of certain Lorentz structure.
