Physics motivations for experimental studies of {eta} double Dalitz {eta}{yields}e{sup +}e{sup -}e{sup +}e{sup -} are presented. So far only the upper limit of branching ratio for this decay has been measured. The details of proposed studies of this decay mode with WASA-at-COSY facility are presented.
