Our citing of the reference by Kostyu et al. was to give the readers an introduction to the work of Dr. Ober and her colleagues, since it is important for the general reader to identify the contributions of others working in the field and to have one of their most recent references. It was not our intent, nor was it appropriate in this paper, to review this work in detail, since we have done so in a variety of different contexts. Our reviews and the evolution of the ideas presented in Jin et al. are given in the reference section of that paper, beginning with my 1983 review. In these publications, due credit is given to all in greater detail. 3 refs.
