The results of numerical modeling of the steady-state classical radiative-collisional kinetics for photorecombination are presented. The calculations are performed for edge tokamak (Ne {approx} 1011 - 1014 cm-3, Te {approx} 1-100 eV) and astrophysical plasmas (Ne {approx} 104 cm-3, Te {approx} 1 eV)
