The n-state exponential model refers to coupled Schroedinger equations with potential V{sub ij}(x)=U{sub i}{delta}{sub ij}+V{sub ij}e{sup -{alpha}}{sup x}. Exact solutions in terms of Meijer's G functions are obtained, provided the V{sub ij} factorize according to V{sub ij}={+-}V{sub i}V{sub j}. The nonadiabatic transition matrix N is determined.
