The possible existence of deeply bound kaonic states has been studied with the FINUDA spectrometer at DA{phi}NE, exploiting both the invariant mass spectroscopy technique, and the missing mass one. A reasonable evidence for the existence of a (K-pp) bound system has been found; the first hints for the existence of a strange tribaryon by other experiments are discussed, on account of FINUDA observations.
