Measurements of charmed hadrons production in deep inelastic scattering with ZEUS

Charm production in deep inelastic scattering has been measured with the ZEUS detector at HERA using an integrated luminosity of approximately 82 pb-1. Charm has been tagged by reconstructing D*{+-}, D0, D{+-}, D{sub s}{sup {+-}} and {lambda}{sub c}{sup {+-}} charm hadrons in the kinematic region 1.5 < Q2 < 1000 GeV2, 0.02 < y < 0.7, pT(D, {lambda}c) > 3 GeV and {eta}(D, {lambda}c) < 1.6. The charm fragmentation ratios and fractions are measured in the kinematic range considered.
