Search for the radiative decay B{sup 0}{yields}{phi}{gamma}

We perform a search for the exclusive radiative decay B{sup 0}{yields}{phi}{gamma}, which is dominated by bd annihilation, in a sample of 124x10{sup 6} BB events collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II asymmetric-energy e{sup +}e{sup -} storage ring at SLAC. No significant signal is seen. We set an upper limit on the branching fraction of B(B{sup 0}{yields}{phi}{gamma})<8.5x10{sup -7} at the 90% confidence level.
