Study of double charmonium production in e{sup +}e{sup -} annihilation at {radical}(s){approx_equal}10.6 GeV

We present a new analysis of double charmonium production in e{sup +}e{sup -} annihilation. The observation of the processes e{sup +}e{sup -}{yields}J/{psi}{eta}{sub c}, J/{psi}{chi}{sub c0}, and J/{psi}{eta}{sub c}(2S) is confirmed using a data set more than 3 times larger than that of Belle's previous report, and no evidence for the process e{sup +}e{sup -}{yields}J/{psi}J/{psi} is found. We perform an angular analysis for J/{psi}{eta}{sub c} production and set an upper limit on the production of J/{psi}J/{psi}. Processes of the type e{sup +}e{sup -}{yields}{psi}(2S)(cc){sub res} have been observed for the first time; their rates are found to be comparable to those of e{sup +}e{sup -}{yields}J/{psi}(cc){sub res} processes.
