Solutions of the massive SU(N) Yang-Mills equations by harmonic maps

We consider classical static solutions of the pure massive SU(N) Yang-Mills field equations in (3+1)-dimensional space-time. By applying harmonic map ansatz, constructed from the harmonic maps S{sup 2}{yields}CP{sup N-1}, we construct some bounded spherically symmetric solutions having finite energies for N=2, 3, and 4 cases.
