Search for Decays of B{sup 0}{yields}e{sup +}e{sup -}, B{sup 0}{yields}{mu}{sup +}{mu}{sup -}, B{sup 0}{yields}e{sup {+-}}{mu}{sup {+-}}

We present a search for the decays B{sup 0}{yields}e{sup +}e{sup -}, B{sup 0}{yields}{mu}{sup +}{mu}{sup -}, and B{sup 0}{yields}e{sup {+-}}{mu}{sup {+-}} in data collected at the {upsilon}(4S) resonance with the BABAR detector at the SLAC B Factory. Using a data set of 111 fb{sup -1}, we find no evidence for a signal in any of the three channels investigated and set the following branching fraction upper limits at the 90% confidence level: B(B{sup 0}{yields}e{sup +}e{sup -})<6.1x10{sup -8}, B(B{sup 0}{yields}{mu}{sup +}{mu}{sup -})<8.3x10{sup -8}, and B(B{sup 0}{yields}e{sup {+-}}{mu}{sup {+-}})<18x10{sup -8}.
