Title: Absolute Measurements and MCDF Calculation of the Photoionization Cross Section of O3+ Ion

In this paper, we present the results of our investigation on the photoionization of the O3+ ion in the 1s22s22p 2P ground state and the 1s22s2p2 4P metastable states. The experimental results are compared to a 72-states Multi Configurational Dirac Fock (MCDF) calculation.
