This report summarizes development and demonstration activities of PRLO optimization platform built in Risk Analysis and Virtual ENviroment (RAVEN), specifically: (1) Improvement of multi-objective non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II (NSGA-II) to handle large size of objectives and constraints, (2) Demonstration of pressurized water reactor core design with NSGA-II multi-objective optimization platform, and (3) Single-objective optimized core design including system analysis and fuel performance feedback.
