Overview of Virtual Test Bed FY23 Activities
- Idaho National Laboratory (INL), Idaho Falls, ID (United States)
The National Reactor Innovation Center (NRIC) was created for accelerating the deployment of novel reactor concepts. This will be achieved by providing both physical and virtual spaces for building and testing various components, systems, and complete pilot plants. The Virtual Test Bed (VTB) represents the virtual arm. It is being developed in collaboration with Department of Energy’s (DOE) Nuclear Energy Advanced Modeling and Simulation (NEAMS) program.
