I review recent progress in calculating radiative transition form factors using lattice QCD. I will discuss results in the charmonium region involving excited charmonium states, states of high spin and exotics. As well as highlighting interesting results involving exotic 1-+ states and a vector-hybrid candidate, I give comparison with experimental data and models. Some lattice calculations of baryon photocouplings will also be mentioned. I will comment on future prospects, including application to light mesons.
