2007 Midlands Tomorrow Household Travel Survey

The purpose of the Midlands Tomorrow Household Travel Survey, conducted by NuStats, was to obtain demographic characteristics and associated travel behavior data from residents of the Columbia, South Carolina, region in order to support an update to the regional transportation model. In total, 1,000 households participated in the study. A total of 7,609 trips were recorded from participants during a specific 24-hour weekday period. The majority of surveys were obtained March through May of 2007.
