Lead-halide perovskite has attracted tremendous attention due to its extraordinary optoelectronic properties.1 Charge transport layers play an important role in both solar cell device efficiency and long-term stability.2 Here we used a photo-crosslinkable polymer for n-i-p perovskite solar cells. Compared to the non-crosslinkable counterpart, we see an overall improved open-circuit voltage and efficiency in mixed-cation mixed-halide perovskite solar cell using the crosslinked naphthalene diimide polymer (NDI-CL) as cathode modification layer.
