Executive Order 14057 requires federal agencies to achieve 100 percent zero-emission vehicle (ZEV) acquisitions by 2035. In order to do so, agencies will need to work closely with their local utilities to successfully manage the electric vehicle supply equipment development to support the ZEV fleet. NREL, with the support of DOE FEMP, has developed the Electric Vehicle Utility Finder (EV U-Finder) tool to help local fleet managers find utility contacts and incentives.
