CERN-LHC. Measurement of the production rates of D*+ and D*- mesons in association with jets in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV. The analysis uses data with an integrated luminosity of 0.30 pb-1 (+-3.4%) collected between April and July 2010. Data are presented as ratios relative to the inclusive jet cross section as functions of the jet PT and Z (=longitudinal D* momentum/Jet energy) for absolute jet pseudorapidity < 2.5. The data are compared to various Monte Carlo predictions.
