We are all Concerned with reducing bottom-line cost at our facilities. To achieve this goal, the High-Flux Beam Reactor at Brookhaven National Laboratory uses an innovative approach for several performance-based training programs. Our Computerized Training Management System (CTMS) is a database that links, sorts, and files all information needed to maintain the five phases (analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation) of each of our training programs and their products. The CTMS uses an SQL-compliant platform (R-Base); the programs are on a local area network and wide area network, making them accessible to all users.
