Measurements of the lifetimes of the Λ ⁺ _c decaying into pK^- π⁺ and of the D⁺ _s decaying into φπ⁺ are presented. The data were accumulated in the Fermilab Wide-Band photoproduction experiment E687. The lifetimes of the Λ⁺_c and the D⁺ _s are measured to be (0.20±0.03±3)× 10^-12 s and (0.50±0.06±0.03) × 10^-12 s respectively.
